Stressful exit process

When you want to join their insurance, they are available, however when you need to cancel, they are suddenly unavailable. I have tried contacting them without success. The worst part is they keep on deducting amounts for premiums even after you notice them that you need to cancel. I would be careful before I can use them, the stress that comes with the cancelling process is rather unnecessary.
