What a disappointment from Budget insurance.if you claim is not a peace of mind is a headache and so frustrated. I was literally working from Budget when I was doing my claim scratch and dent. You sent everything to them and even get the respond to confirm that it was received. The following day receive an email please send the following or your claim will be cancelled. I called them to say hei I did send those photos.later you receive a letter to say the claim is being cancelled on what ground dololo. I pay my premium and also I spend lot and lots of money to buy airtym to call them. I think will have to cancel this after so many years.so image if I am in huge accidents'iyhoo more stress.
