Stranded with no response

I'm having the most difficult and sad experience with Budget Warranty. From Monday Audi has sent all the necessary documents required to assist with my claim, I still haven't received any feedback and when I try calling in, they're impossible to get hold of. All my attempts to get assistance end in thin air. How do I get get hold of the claims department as all email addresses are not attended to as per automatic response.
