Stop *********** my pensioned mother and honour her wishes to cancel

Budget has been charging my retired mother extras like car scratches worth R189 monthly and she has never agreed to this. We have tried to cancel many times with them and even the bank. They claim to cancel but every month they take the money from her bank account. My mother is stressed everytime that deposit comes out and budget is not interested in resolving this issue. We have our cars and house insured with them but they don’t treat their customers with honour but rush to take their monthly deposit.
