Stop calling

I requested a car insurance quote from budget, as i am planning to purchase a vehicle( I have not yet). I got assisted by a very professional and assuring consultant(Kastello Govender). I repeatedly told them that i am just looking for a quote not to commence with anything yet, so i gave them all my details as requested. But now i feel cornered, harassed and bombarded with calls countless times a day. This has to stop!!! And i have further taken a decision not to take their cover anymore due to this harassment. I dint understand how they give me policy numbers and when they will deduct premiums when i have not even provided them with proof of purchase
