****** GOODS BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY

Hello Peter I had a fire incident at home which led to Budget (contents insurance) coming to fetch my contents so they can get them cleaned,or replaced. They had to do the inventory before to determine if I am under insured or over insured. They did it where they inflated almost everything leading to them concluding that I am underinsured. Also while the damage was mostly due to smoke they decided to write off all the valuable assests and the amount was based on these replacement values of them. They wanted to write off the couch,fridge,microwave,tv,decoder,washing machine,clothes and other items due to smoke even though the electronic items were fully funtional they wanted to give me a ridiculous amount which can't even replace my fridge alone maybe a microwave and a washing machine. i objected to that i preferred getting my contents back in what ever state they were in. little did I know that they would be ****** right under Tracy Brooks who was the assessor and become rude,inconsiderate when i want them back. its now been 7 days since i have been back at my place with out furniture. The strangest thing is they carefully selected the most valuable items in the house and they still expect me to be ok with the ridiculous amount they want to give me. Budget insurance i want my furniture back please. I have endured enough pain,inconvenience and hostility from Tracy. I just want my items back so i can continue with my life and cancel my policy with you because this is not the reason i took a policy from you. I took it so it could assist in times of need not to take me 100 steps back, drain me and end up affecting my well being. This is not what i signed up for. I don't know how Tracy Brooks expects me to feel when she tells me she doesn't know what happened to my contents.
