Stole my money from my account!!!

This insurance are *****s, i bought a car in December 2019, took out insurance with them and then paid pro rata rate of 950. Cancelled within my 31 day period. This year April i get a phone call from budget insurance asking for their once of payment. This morning the 31 july a payment of 1250 was deducted. For what? I owed nothing to them, my bank can not reverse and so budget insurance has taken money which is not there's from my account. Terrible service and i will definitely be putting word out on this situation.
