Still waiting on someone to get back to me

I called to log a claim on the 9/11/2015, and was given ref no: *** and told that someone would contact me in connection with my claim. No one has contacted me!<br> <br> On the 13/10/2015 I called again, and I was told someone from the legal department would contact me. I am still awaiting this call! I am still unsure if the claim has been logged correctly as with previous claims I have received emails detailing what documentation I need to provide, this is usually sent to me within the day that I had logged the claim!<br> <br> I find the service I have received appalling, as I now have to keep my customer waiting!
