still waiting for my policy agreement
I took out a car insurance with them 2 months ago and still don't have my policy agreement..which was promised to be emailed to me and posted too...yesterday night i need help but because i don't their sticker with their number i couldn't get hold of them...i only could get hold of their office where it said sorry we are closed call tomorrow during working hours...how ridiculous is that when am stuck in a free way with no one to help...so i need them to post me my policy with the budget number 24hr emergency number and email me the contract as promised.
