Still waiting for claim fedback

So yesterday I called budget insurance trying to log a claim. I spoke to a lady called Chanel, it was a hassle as she, number 1: couldn't hear me and secondly couldn't find any penal beater closer to me. She decided to tell me that the penal beater will contact me today to make an assessment for me. Today I received an sms saying I've been booked for an assessment but the penal beater did not even contact me. Now Im sitting here waiting for something I don't even know.... This company sells lies shem.
