still waiting

It has been two weeks since i submitted my claim. I still have not received my new phone. Nobody contacts me to tell me what is happening. I have to call all the time. I have paid my excess and still waiting. All they say is we haven't received your phone from the suppliers yet... Budget Insurance do yourself a favour and don't sell insurance if you cant deliver......Pathetic service....Oh by the way this is my second hello peter complaint and hopefully someone will call me this time round...
