Still sending bogus Competition sms
Still recieving sms about bogus Competitions. Said they would publish last months winners on their website in the second week. Nothing! Received another sms this month if we would consider payment via credit card. The country is in recession and they want consumers to create more debt for themselves. Keep recieving emails from the customer care but nothing of what they say is being done. insurance company is loosing the plot. Time to hit the road and find me an honest reliable insurance company with no ****s and bogus Competitions. Asked about my cash back for claim free years went onto deaf ears.

HOW WILL WINNERS BE NOTIFIED 13. Ten winners will be drawn every month. The draw will take place on the seventh day of every month, unless the seventh day falls on a weekend.14. The winners will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or a telephone call or letter within 30 days of the draw date of the competition.15. The winners will be invited to participate in a prize giving hosted by Budget.
