STILL GETTING DEBITED FOR NO REASON

my cellphone was insured with budget and it was ****** in 2015 in October. Budget could not get the phone that I was insured for and reimbursed me with cash. since then I have not purchased another rcellphone but I am still been debited since October/November to date. If this is the case I will terminate all my insured assets with budget. My policy number is ***
