Still doing debit orders after cancelling
Cancelled Budget insurance in March 2020 & they are still charging us some "BUDGET VAP" amount of R169 per month. We phone them and the call takes about 20mins to "sort it out" and its still not sorted. Pathetic service! I have also left a query on their website but have had no response from them.
