STAY FAR AWAY FROM BUDGET CAR INSURANCE.

I'm utterly disgusted with Budget. I ensured my BMW 120 diesel with Budget. I've been paying my installment of close to R 1000 religiously every month for a long time. I recently submitted a claim for a small dent and scratch on my front bumper. My first and only claim ever.

Budget sent me to the assessor for a quote and never came back to me. When I called them today , the woman at Budget indicated that the claim has been rejected. When I asked why, they informed me that the claim was too high.

SO REALLY. FOR A PAYMENT OF ALMOST R 1 000 A MONTH, CAN BUDGET NOT FIX A SMALL DENT AND SCRATCH ON THE BUMPER??????

FAREWELL BUDGET. NEVER EVER ANY BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. ADIOS.
