Stay Away! You Won't Get Your Policy Cancelled!
Trying to cancel a personal liability insurance policy. According to Budget, the policy doesn't exist, yet I get debited. Even when I have the debit order returned, they'll hit my account at odd times of the month to try and recover it. Referred this matter to the complaints division who never bothered to respond.

24 Apr 2019, 12:50Can't trace the policy despite providing the required information. Can't trace it on my ID, can't trace it on the reference number on my bank account. What would have happened if I needed to claim? The response is that I need to follow it up with my bank. Thanks guys, spent a couple of thousand on a policy that means nothing. I could have put it towards paying off debt or saved it in an account, but instead it went into the black hole which is Budget Insurance.
