STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET INSURANCE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car has been at the panelbeater since the end of September 2023 and I have still not received my car 08 February 2024. Budget Insurance works with a service provider called Fleet VIP Solutions as a preferred panel beater. I went into Fleet VIP Solutions on Hello Peter and the amount of complaints that I read is disheartening because clearly, Budget Insurance does not care about its customers. How can you work with a service provider that has a million complaints on Hello Peter and the majority are complaining about the same thing? The customer's voices are not heard by Budget Insurance. If you are ready for this email don't take up any insurance with Budget Insurance you will regret that decision.
