Stay away from budget insurance! They’re unreliable.
It is now 7 months since I’ve been tirelessly attempting to get solid feedback regarding excess that Budget has to recover from the other driver. Worst of all I’ve been dealing with the most *********** representative by the name of Mbali Magazi. She fails to Simply reply to emails or bother giving any feedback. Please stay away from budget insurance they’re useless and will frustrate you when you need them the most. Complaints directed at the head of budget simply get an automated response and nothing further. I’ve been trying to cancel my policy with them due to their pathetic service with no success. Policy number ***
