Stay away from Budget

After 10 months of up and down, it is sad to say that Budget clearly do not care about their customers, they have cheated in assessments of repairs on my vehicle, and insist I am lieing and do not know what I am talking about on my own car. now they leave me no choice but to cancel my policy with them and take legal action as well as approach the ombudsman, but all insurance companies know it takes months and sometimes several months before the ombudsman can assist, and hence they do not fear the Ombudsman. To cancel my policy budget called me many times, to resolve my issues I had to beg Budget to contact me. My advise, Budget will not keep to their side of an agreement with them, so rather try another insurer, stay away from them.
