STAY AWAY - DO NOT JOIN BUDGET!!!!!!
If i could rate you -5 i would. This will probably be ignored like every other complaint i have raised but if I can save someone from going through the same ordeal i did, then it is worth it.
Too all existing and potential customers, stay away!!! This company will promise you the world but when you really need them, you better off dealing with Home Affairs.
The service received from your claims team and your service providers is appalling. You have absolutely no regard for your clients and you are too arrogant to acknowledge how your service failures affect the lives your clients.
Yes i do not pay the biggest premium but best believe i will never do business of any kind with you and I will tell everyone I know just how useless your company is.

Your incompetence is astounding.
I have paid two months premiums for my car while it has been sitting at a panel beater. Since you have failed to do anything for me including acknowledging my complaint, i want my last two months premiums reversed.
My next stop will be the Ombud, im sure they will love too know how i have been treated, all the post sale barriers, lack of customer fairness and lack of a complaints process.
