STAFF LACK INSURANCE ADVISORY/POLICY KNOWLEDGE

<p>This morning i called Budget Insurance and spoke to Cebo Dakkie and Sifiso. I was put on-hold for more than the duration of the call - which was 31 minutes, so that Cebo could speak to his colleagues and advice me-INaccurately. Thereafter i spoke to Sifiso-who too couldn't differentiate between my question asked, and nonsense informatio he provided.</p> <p>My issue is regarding my PREMIUMS! AND THE ACCIDENT THAT OCCURED!</p> <p>CAN ANYBODY WITH A BRAIN EXPLAIN TO ME, WHY I PAID MY PREMIUMS FOR THE 5 MONTHS THAT YOU PEOPLE HAD MY CAR, AND WHILST I HAD SIGNED THE CAR OVER TO YOU???</p> <p>Doesnt your panelbeater have insurance? or this part of a bigger scheme?</p> <p>my policy document doesnt state / doesnt have a CLAUSE that states that i HAVE TO PAY MY PREMIUMS when i have handed over the car to You, Budget Insurance and your PanelBeaters - that too for 5months.</p> <p>this is *********. </p> <p> </p>
