Spouses not covered , after phone calls being recorded confirmed spouses are covered. Terrible

I took out funeral policies out in 2016 , to cover my extended family , which I have paid on time for the last years, When I called in on January , to my surprise, the spouses was taken off the policies and ARE NOT COVERED , I sent emails I called and still no luck, I spoke to Lebo, she "promised "to call me back , I am still waiting. I called again this morning and service ARE terrible , query still hasn't been resolved~!!!
