SPARE YOURSELF AND RATHER PAY A LITTLE EXTRA THAN TAKING COVER WITH BUDGET - DO TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS - THEY ARE PAINFULLY ********
I am giving Budget Insurance 1 star cos you cannot give minus stars. I logged a cliam with them on the 7th of Jan. I was requested to provide full claims reports. This was sent to them on the 14th
Today I receive an email at 1**** - I am not sure who they discussed this with but they discussed it with someone. I never actually expected these people to honor this claim (a valid claim as per their policy document - but here they are refusing payment as they usually do from all their bad reviews.
Not once have they communicated to me the reasons. But it is obvious that the only good thing about Budget is their sales . The after sales will leave you traumatised.
DO NOT TAKE ANY COVER OUT WITH BUDGET

22 Jan 2026, 10:14You called on Monday, 19th at 16h31 and advised that you will look into this and callback. You were going to check when I was contacted as I had no contac with the consultant, Lethlogonolo Ratsie other than the email sent from consultant on the 8th if January advisin of said consultant dealing with my claim an why the claim says rejected due to claiming for tyres. No where on the claim sent by an approved MRi service provider does it show claim for tyres.
I will appreciate Budget honors this claim as it is valid and part of the 15 components covered as per you policy
and premiums were duly deducted
It is unfair that I have to be prejudiced and now have to beg for the basic service of what my premium covers
Treat customers fairly and with the sane energy when you want people to use you as a service provider
