Spare Wheel ****** by Towing Company
When I received back my car from the panelbeaters at the beginning of October 17 I noticed that my spare wheel was ******. I reported the issue to Budget and they told me that the towing company is responsible and i should communicate with them. Until today 08th November 2017 I haven't received my spare wheel and if a simple thing as a spare wheel can just disappear, I ask myself what else has been ****** in my car without me noticing it. Budget promised me a service of ensuring that my car is in safe hands when an accident occurs and it's not fair that almost 3 months later I am still battling to get a spare wheel that was ****** and had nothing to do with the accident, whilst it's not safe for me to be driving around a car which does not have a spare wheel. I am really disappointed that Budget insurance is associated with such dishonest service providers.
