SPAM sms's
I receive SPAM sms's from Budget. I never asked for any communication, nor given any permission to Budget to contact me.<br> They leave me no option as to report them to the relevant authorities in terms of section 45 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (Act 25 of 2002).
