I took an insurance for my car with budget insurance little did I kow that they were budgeting with me , I was involved in an accident and lodged a claim and they rejected my claim because the person who was involved in an accident was not the regular driver. The only thing that was mentioned when I took the insurance was that the access the differ from the regular and someone who is not the regular driver. Budget Insurance gave me ******* service. I wouldn't advice anyone to take insurance with them. No colleague , family ,friends and neighbours will take insurance with them under my watch.
