So I was cancelling my policy, not because Budget did anything wrong, but solely because I got a better deal from another insurer. But with that said nonetheless the lady that was assisting me was very kind as to help me go through the process, read all the information and made sure I understood everything with ease, as well as made sure everything went well so I must commend her for that, unfortunately I didn’t get her name but I truly appreciated her swift and steady response.
