so hard to cancel my policy

I try to cancel my policy since 2 weeks ago, I confirm my details and everything than they put you through to cancellation dept,because they cant cancel on there side. Only that department can do it, I send an email this morning, at lunch time a consultant call me didn't take my details because she don't want to waste my time and put the call through to the cancellation department, do you ready expect me to hold on for more than 10min,how many times do i need to say telephonically i want to cancel my policy.

just because i had a cash back my premium went up to almost a R300.
