SMS Spam with no opt out function

Just received a SMS from Budget insurance. <br> I've never even heard of Budget insurance before and now I'm getting SPAM from them.<br> <br> There is also no opt out function which from what I understand is against advertising rules and will be taken up further. I simply hate SMS/Email SPAM from places I've never even dealt with before.<br> <br> Who gave you permission to use my number and where did you get my number from, and also why is there no opt out option.<br> <br> Spam SMS reads as follows:<br> Please Call (number) LOW LOW PREMIUMS! BUDGET insurance is as easy as this. Sms BUDGET to 38940. We call u. Stad Rates. T&C. FSP18178<br> <br> What nonsense.<br> This blind marketing in South Africa should stop. It's super annoying and against SA advertising rules.
