Sms Competition ****

I received a message and only after actually responding to it I thought to myself what a cheeky bunch to trick your clients, you already have this info why ask again and why does it make a difference if our premiums get paid on time?

And you all very well know I have never ever defaulted on my premiums. The attachments says I would receive an sms confirming my entry to win the R10 000.00 I am yet to receive the so called sms which is why more it makes think you are trying to **** your clients into thinking they might actually win R10 000 when factually you just want to pull personal information from them.

Do not try and trick your clients as this is the reason so many clients move to other companies due to false advertising ******** competitions. When clients like me pay our premiums on time leave us alone do not give false hope of a so called R10 000.00.

Due to this stunt I will be looking at other insurance companies and guess what Outsurance actually has their competition again if they cant match they will pay you something. At least they keep to what they advertise and I do not think I will recommend you to any family or colleagues. Emailed them twice no response but they are too quick to try and resolve customer complaints on hello peter. Why? Cos it hurts their business.
