So I have been struggling to get mere proof of payment and agreement for total loss documents. I was told yesterday (14/05/2020) that I would receive these documents at the end of the day. I called today to remind them that I haven’t received the email, I was told the email was sent to me this morning. I didn’t receive the email still. I called again and I really don’t want to name drop on consultants, I was told that the email was gonna be sent to me. So I don’t know which is which, whether is EMAIL IS GONNA BE SENT TO ME OR WHETHER IT HAS BEEN SENT TO ME. I been checking my emails like a mad man but still nothing. This is really frustrating .
