Slow to submitting claims and never assist with roadside emergence
Budget insurance is the worst! The claim process takes forever, they are never available for emergency roadside assistance, I almost got hijacked, and called the insurance but they didn't answer my call in a emergency! I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone, not even my worst energy if i had one. Every time you call them, they put you on half so close to an hour.

08 Jul 2024, 15:53I also put a windscreen claim and i am still waiting on Budget Insurance and Glasfit!! It's been over 2 weeks, and my windscreen is still not fixed, need my windscreen fixed because this is affecting my driving.
