Slow, Tedious and not carring.

I was involved in a accident with a client of Budget insurance. After explaining to them that I am a Pastor and require transport to carry out my duties, hospital visitations, providing food for people in need and so forth, they keep sidetracking me and take months to reply. To me it truly seems like they have no heart and that sadens me. I've paid thousands of rands in uber money to be able to carry out my duties and by doing so, keep my job. The agent busisiwe is arrogant and not helpful when you ask for assistance, after doing everything they've asked, I am going on month 5 to await any resolution or feedback. Needless to say, 8 people in my congregation is busy changing to another insurance company and I will be following legal actions against their client and them with the help of the Full Gospel Church in Southern Africas Attourney, glad our head office is making their attourney available to me. Budget is highly unprofessional, I don't recommend them at all. Hopefully something does happen in the near future, I'll be glad to change this review, but I am not holding my breath, time will tell I guess.
