Slow claim processing of Budget business insurance.
So I have business insurance on my vehicle from Budget. Last week Wednesday a lady ran a stop street (dead robot) never even slowing down and driving straight in front of me.
My Netstar report shows that I stopped. The the lady doesn't have insurance. It also came to my attention that she tried to convince people to testify that she stopped. Now keeping in mind that the livelihood of my business relies on this vehicle. We have recently also produced product to be fitted to the vehicle so we can start marketing.
This incident was on the 2025/10/08 I am now being told that they will process the claim over a period of 10 working days.
How is this friendly to my business and what's the point having this insurance. I am truly disappointed with this matter and it's hurting my business...

This was addressed aggressively, Hanna absolutely delivered brilliant service and the claim was resolved very promptly.
She would get a 5 star rating from me.
However, I have to mention that the only thing that left me slightly disappointed was the fact that my quote was based on some after market parts and i feel that insurance should to the best of their ability restore the vehicle to the original condition as it was.
The quote also included replacing two fenders that required no attention and then try and repair a destroyed bonnet.
Once again Hanna was absolutely commendable in her efforts.
