Slow and poor service

My Car has been in for repairs (post accident) since the 4th of January, got the courtesy car(30days) that was very quick and prompt Thank You.. But problem is... it's now the 16th of February the car Has NOT Yet been fixed, the claim was approved on 04th February but the car has not yet been touched by a mechanic!!! I've been making means to go to work but only to find out that all this time the car is not yet fixed!!! I am surely disappointed by BUDGET INSURANCE, I lost Hope and will surely opt for another insurance after this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
