Slow 3rd party recovery

I quite like budget, but it seems I have to do their job for them in regards to recovering my excess for a 3rd party claim from outsurance. The case was not worked on for i think 2 months, then i had to make several phone calls to get it back on track again, It just seems as if budget does not put in effort when it comes to these type of things. I know that it is a long process to recover a 3rd party claim but it has been 4 months now with no movement at all.
