Sloppy feedback

Budget Insurance has never ever dissappointed me. Theyve always been quick and hassle free BUT this time around youve slipped up..... submitted my tyre claims how many days ago... i had to follow up. I made calls ect. I assume youve outsourced these types of claims to an external company cause clearly Ive been loyal long enough at Budget insurance that how sloppy this claims has been handled- you cant be part of it. Never
