Since I've got into contact with them 3 weeks ago my experience with them is absolutely regrettable! My claims is not attended to

Since I've got into contact with them 3 weeks ago my experience with them is absolutely regrettable! My claims is not attended to . I was told to take my vehicle to a certain company for repairs which I did last week already. Today as I require from them , I was told that Budget Insurance is delaying approval as there was more damages discovered while stripping the damaged parts which was not visible on pictures taken from the damaged parts . I have no other means of transport and must rely on good faith and trust .
