Silent treatment from Budget insurance
Waiting two weeks to hear about my claim, been calling every day but getting put on hold or get told the claims lady is still busy she'll get back to me. I'm still waiting for her to get back to me. Whenever I call the person handling my claim is always busy it's very odd.

23 Dec 2021, 17:52I was involved in an accident on the 29th of November up until today they giving me the run around, I call them everyday and I get told the lady handling my claim is on another call, I can't even discribe the way I'm feeling, the amount of airtime I use everyday phoning them sometimes they cut the call I'm very hurt and disappointed because I thought having car insurance you'll have peace of mind.
