Shoddy consultants
I've recently just signed up for insurance and was assisted byTumelo Kgwale.He was helpful and all until I received my policy schedule.It turns out he presumed I has a C1 drivers licence without ever asking me and just went with that.Secondly I have a feeling he ommited my previous insurance history just so he could make the sale because nothing regarding that is in the policy schedule.
