Shocking Third Party Claims - Still no joy after THREE MONTHS!!!!

I was rear ended on 12/03/2021 and submitted a claim to Budget Third Party Liabilities on 13/05/2021. All requested documents were sent as requested on 18/03/2021. There was several calls made from that date from my side requesting follow up information however I kept being advised that its still with the assessors. On 28/04/2021 I called through and was advised that I should receive the confirmation from a manager within three days. Fast forward to the 10/05/2021, I received an offer from the manager for HALF of what I was quoted via a repair centre. I was appalled and immediately called the call centre and sent an email: Good day

I have gone through this quotation and I am not happy as :

1) how was the amount calculated? I never received a copy of the assessment of damages.

2) I did not opt for the cash payment. I want my vehicle repaired by an approved Budget repair Centre or Panelbeater.

3) it has been two months since I logged this claim and I am not receiving any kind of feedback on what's happening.

Please assist urgently as I have been inconvenienced enough.

To date, I have not received any response. I called through last week Thursday and was advised that it has been escalated. However every single call I have made in the past 3 months has advised that it has been escalated.

I have been inconvenienced for three months for something that was not my fault. I have been given endless runarounds and excuses and I am honestly tired of the lack of urgency.

I am still awaiting feedback. A month and a half after logging this complaint.
I am still awaiting feedback.

I have tried calling and each time I get advised that it will be sorted in 3 days. It has now been 5 months.

Can someone please advise me on the way forward or I will be logging an ombudsman complaint.
