Shocking Service - No replies to correspondence
On 11th December 2018 the sales team sent me a quote via email.
On or around 21st December 2018 I wrote to them with some questions. I received no reply!!!
I emailed them on or around the 27th December 2018 and received no reply!!!!
I emailed them again on around 3rd January 2019 and to date have still not received a reply!!!
What is wrong with your sales team as there service is horribly lacking. Are they still too busy enjoying the Christmas festivities??????
Wake up and gaive me some decent service please.
