Shocking service from Budget insurance

Worst and most unfriendly customer experience i have ever had, so recently i sold my vehicle and purchased a new one i got a better quote with a new insurer and cancelled with budget AMINO MOODLEY the gentleman that assisted me asked where i moved to and then proceded to laugh over the phone ,this is unacceptable for an employee to do such a thing. i was asked to provide a proof of sale to get a refund , i sent it through to him and to date no refund was received and no emails are answered when updates are requested.

In my opinion steer clear of Budget insurance most unprofessional staff i have come across in a very long time.
