Shocking service by Budget insurance and their panel beater

I never thought paying and buying insurance meant not having a car for more than 3 months. My claim was approved on 30 March, today is the 30 June... I still don't have a car. No updates, nothing... I keep calling for update and nobody knows anything.

No in so many but I have been told they have done their part and the car is with the panel beater as if I have any relationship with the panel beater. I did not choose the panel beater, I don't know them, my car is with them because my insure has a relationship with them.

As if things could not get any worse, when I call the panel beater they don't even know my car. They don't have any answers. The only call and 1 call I have ever receive from them was to say in their opinion the car was supposed to be a write off but insure insist that it can be repaired.

At this stage I lost trust in my isurer and I don't even have words for island auto. I don't even know why Budget insurance works with them.
