shocking service by budget
<p>It's been 9 months and my car is still not sorted. They paid just under 5 thousand into my account for me to do the repairs myself cause their appoved panel beaters cant repair my car. And i did not even agree to anything. Can someone from BUDGET actually call me regarding this matter . Now u must keep running after people.</p>

According to the information at our disposal; our Assessing Manager has attempted to contact you several times to try and resolve this matter amicably. We have also received confirmation that you agreed to the cash payout as all the attempts made by the repairer was not to your satisfaction.
The Assessing manager has further confirmed that he has made another attempt this morning to get hold of you without success. We are more than willing to look into the matter; but require your interaction and involvement on the matter as well in order for us to put this matter to rest.
We shall ensure that contact is made again during the course of the day and trust that we will find a resolve.

Ok, nice one. Now I understand why my issue can't be resolved cause Im being **** to and taken for a ride by your approved panel beaters and now officially budget insurance. Send me the proof of my acceptance. You can't, cause I never accepted it .
