Shocking Service

I sent an e-mail and letter requesting changes to my policy. The first being that the show Business Type as Land Surveyors. This has nothing to do with my business that works in the \Non Destructive testing\" of equipment and detection of fault field. After a long argument I gave up, as according to a manager this business type was the closest to my type of business, and proceeded to try to get my policy changes completed. I was then asked what the building in which I rent an office was made of including the roof.
I am not insuring the building nor am I a builder so why would I need to know that?? Then to CROWN I receive my new policy with a covering e-mail stating this is your new policy. Everything other than my motor vehicle has been removed from the policy. Therefore I am now uninsured according to Budget.
When I phoned back I was told that the policy schedule has not been sent to you. I take this in VERY SERIOUS Light as I have proof that I received the policy. I was also told that a exception letter stating that the Business type would not be held against me even though it is incorrect but this did not arrive with the policy papers. A morning wasted trying to get service.
"
