Shocking Service!!!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service. Received a quote from the company. After a few days a debi-check were on my banking app, which I did not approve.

2 days later, the status showed approve on my banking app. I then called the company and I was on the phone for about 40 minutes to cancel everything. The one lady I spoke to, told me that everything is cancelled and that I don't need to worry about anything.

Now all of a sudden the monthly fee as well as another fee went off of my account. I then called in again to ask them what the hell is going on. They advised that I will need to speak to a person to cancel the contract, which I already did.

After another 25 minutes on the phone, they have cancelled the contract. I then asked for them to pay my money back as I did not agree to anything. Still waiting for my money to come through and will see if I ever get the money.

I will never recommend this company, they are ****mers and will do anything to sign you up. They agreed to my policy on their behalf, after I did not approve or agreed to anything.

They are very fast to send you quotes and documentation, but when issues arise or you want to cancel or have problems, they take their time and nothing gets resolved.

Absolutely pathetic and I am disgusted about the service I received.
