Shocking Reasoning

My Sister experienced some technical difficulties with her vehicle on the 04/03/24 . Out of fear of being stranded on the side of the highway she negotiated the vehicle home . The following day she contacted Budget Insurance to assist by towing the vehicle to Bosch in Newgermany. They refused to assist by implying that she made it home therefore the can't assist. My interpretation is that my sister should have risked her life and pulled over in a dangerous area . Pinetown is one off the most dangerous towns in South Africa.
