Shocking claim rejection by Budget insurance

My husband was involved in a car accident and I was shocked at the horrible service I got from budget insurance.My husband was in hospital for 2 weeks.During this time they were busy looking for all ways for them not to pay the claim,as they came to my house questioning our security and asking the Doctor who was helping my husband all sort of questions.At this time it was a difficult time for me and my husband.After not finding anything they then claimed to have got an expert at the scene of the accident to come and predict the speed my husband was driving at.They then said my husband was driving fast and he failed to take the necessary steps to prevent the accident and for that they rejected our claim.I am in shocked I have never experienced such during such difficult times.They did not even give us the experts report.They made us feel like my husband caused himself the accident and I fail to understand if a person can wake up and say I'm going to cause an accident.Budget didn't care about us at all,they were only focusing on how to avoid settling our claim.I have just realized that what Budget insurance is selling is not what they give you as a client.
