Complain On Budge Insurance Tyre & Rim Claim. Claim Rejected Claim No BUDAN106005 Under Policy *** I took a Tyre and Rim cover 2 Months ago, I have been paying my premiums. I was convinced by a lady who call me on behalf of Budget Insurance when she told me that, I will be covered fully for the tire should anything happened, with no limits mentioned on the call. I was surprised when I put a claim on Monday the 02nd December 2019 for the incident happened on the 30Th Nov 2019. As I spoke to Mr. Kaycee Joubert. he told me for the first time hearing the word limit from him, which he said is on my documented Policy. Which was never sent to me, but I had to register on the Internet on Budget and download the information. The salesperson never said anything, Only I had is that am covered 100 % when she sold me the Policy.
